redesign interior curtains service
hi i'm heather gunn with pottery barn design services at our customer care center. i'm really excited about design services because we provide design and entertaining advice by phone and by email, and we can assist our customers with a color palette, floor plans, and furnishing and accessorizing recommendations. our number is posted on our design services website, under design studio, and when a customer calls in to our design services department, they'll get one of our design studio specialists on the line, and we are here to help with any inquiry, whether it's large or small. it can be something that's basic, from hanging a gallery of wall frames, and doing a memory wall,
to designing an entire room, to an entire home. when we have our customers on the phone, we can also go on to our company website and use the space planner tool at the same time which is really great because they can see what we're doing, they can give us their ideas, and the room measurements, we can put that down in the space planner, and then we can actually email that back to them while we're on the phone with them. it's very interactive. we spend a lot of time getting to know them and talk to them and going back and forth with different ideas, we have our pottery barn catalogs that we work with together,
we have all of our fabrics and we have wood samples, we can talk to the customer and get an idea of what's existing in their room and what's going on and what they're interested in, it's very visual even though we're doing it over the phone and through email. we update our product room and our product areas every season, we have all the latest products to discuss with our customers here at our design center. and we feel real confident with helping our customers with their design needs, because we do have everything at our fingertips. it's really a comfortable shopping experience when our customer calls in
because really we're just giving design advice and entertaining advice and different ideas and we're sharing those ideas with our customers. and it also gives them the opportunity to take what we've said and our different ideas and go back to their families and friends to discuss that with them and then make decisions from that point on. if you're just planning an easy update of a room or your entire home, we can place the order for you, and we're happy to follow it through delivery. when we hear back from our customers, it's so gratifying, we're just so excited to know that we've been able to assist them, and been able to really
